Nasser is a super responsive project manager who stayed on top of the work, explained each stage of the process to me, responded to concerns and questions within minutes every step of the way. He liaised with the structural engineering team and with building control. Plastering work was top notch and we also had built in cupboards throughout the house of excellent quality. Also I changed my mind a few times over different elements, Nasser was dealing with it without any problem and it still came within the quote.
