The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Chelsea Contractors Ltd LIVE Exchange and Marketplace Platform.

By using the LIVE Exchange, marketplace platform, website, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Chelsea Contractors Ltd” refer to Chelsea Contractors Ltd.

The terms “Customer” or “Client” refer to any user purchasing or booking services.

The term “Supplier” refers to any independent business or tradesperson listing services or products on the platform.

1. MARKETPLACE PLATFORM

1.1) Chelsea Contractors Ltd operates a digital marketplace and LIVE Exchange platform allowing Customers to discover, compare, and book Suppliers.

1.2) All Suppliers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Chelsea Contractors Ltd.

1.3) Any booking, order, agreement, transaction, or contract is strictly between the Customer and the Supplier.

2. LIABILITY

2.1) Chelsea Contractors Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Supplier workmanship;
  • delays;
  • cancellations;
  • disputes;
  • pricing;
  • damages;
  • losses;
  • project outcomes;
  • injuries;
  • defective works;
  • Supplier conduct.

2.2) Customers use the marketplace and LIVE Exchange entirely at their own risk.

3. LIVE EXCHANGE

3.1) Supplier rankings, visibility, ratings, pricing positions, and exposure may change automatically based on marketplace activity and platform algorithms.

3.2) Chelsea Contractors Ltd does not guarantee bookings, enquiries, rankings, visibility, leads, or project awards.

4. FEES

4.1) Suppliers may join and list on the platform free of charge unless otherwise stated.

4.2) Chelsea Contractors Ltd charges Suppliers only a 5% transaction fee on completed transactions processed through the platform.

4.3) Customers are not charged marketplace transaction fees by Chelsea Contractors Ltd.

5. PLATFORM RIGHTS

5.1) Chelsea Contractors Ltd reserves the right to suspend, remove, edit, reject, or terminate Supplier listings or accounts at any time without notice.

5.2) We may modify, pause, update, or discontinue any part of the LIVE Exchange or marketplace platform at any time.

6. GOVERNING LAW

6.1) These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7. ACCEPTANCE

7.1) By using the LIVE Exchange or Marketplace Platform, Customers and Suppliers agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
