Chelsea Contractors Ltd has been appointed to deliver the refurbishment of a 160m² apartment in Mayfair, London.
The project includes the construction of new insulated wall and floor structures, complete first-fix electrical and plumbing installations, a new heating system, Daikin air conditioning, MVHR ventilation, bespoke joinery, plastering, decoration, and the installation of a high-spec client-supplied kitchen, flooring, doors, and sanitaryware.
Works are expected to take approximately 6–8 months, with close coordination alongside the design team to deliver a premium finish that reflects the standards expected in one of London’s most prestigious residential locations.
